The Organization is committed to the highest standards of transparency, accountability, and integrity in the management of all donations.

1. Use of Funds

Donations are applied toward:

  • Veteran support programs and services

  • Operational and administrative expenses

  • Outreach and fundraising initiatives

All funds are allocated in alignment with the Organization’s mission and strategic objectives.

2. Donation Processing & Security

All financial transactions are processed through secure, reputable third-party payment providers. We do not store sensitive payment information on our servers.

3. Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate transactions

  • Unauthorized payments

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date.

4. Recurring Donations

Donors may opt into recurring donations and may cancel at any time by contacting the Organization or using provided cancellation options.

5. Donor Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of our donors and do not share donor information without explicit consent, except as required by law.
